We do it by following one of the three major types of methods: Solution Report, Predictive Analytics, and A/B testing.
Solution Report is designed to provide solutions based on existent empirical publications. Predictive Analytics consists of data collection and analysis of factors that influence a certain outcome (e.g. which factors contribute to faster decision making) and thus helps us to predict consumer and employee behavior. A/B Testing represents a sophisticated research design with controlled trials where we create and test hypotheses to ensure correct business choices.
